Cara pembuatan Spageti tuna saos carbonara
- Bahan topping tuna: klu pakai tuna segar, goreng tuna dg 3 sdm minyak sampai berubah warna, angkat dan sisihkan. Tumis 2 bawang putih cincang dg 2 sdm minyak sayur sampai harum, masukkan paprika dan daun bawang cincang aduk sampai layu, tambah 1 sdm saos tiram dan 1 sdm kecap asin, aduk sampai tercampur. Kemudian Masukkan tuna aduk2 1 menit. Angkat dan sisihkan.
- Saos karbonara: tumis 2 bawang putih cincang dg butter/ margarin sampai harum,.masukkan bawang bombay cincang sampai layu, masukkan susu,kaldu bubuk, mrica, pala, gula, 1 sdm saos tiram sampai agak mendidih, masukkan maizena cair aduk kemudian masukkan keju aduk sebentar cicipi rasanya, bila kurang asin tambah kecap asin. Setelah mendidih segera angkat dan sisihkan.
- Rebus spageti dlm air yg ditambah 3 sdm minyak sayur dan 1 sdteh garam, sampai empuk 5-8 menit. Tiriska.
- Susun spageti dlm piring, siram dg saos karbonara secukupnya, taburi kemangi segar, susun topping tuna diatasnya.
